The Plattsburgh office of O’Connell & Aronowitz is located at 206 West Bay Plaza on the shores of Lake Champlain with a view of the Green Mountains in Vermont. With five attorneys on staff, the office handles all aspects of real estate transactional work, residential and commercial, including the representation of numerous lenders; bankruptcy matters; personal injury and medical malpractice; criminal and traffic law; estate and elder law; business/corporate law from formation to dissolution; family court and matrimonial matters; general civil litigation; and appellate work, among other areas of law. Several attorneys also practice municipal law, representing the County of Clinton and the Towns of Peru, Chazy, Champlain, Ellenburg and Lewis. Attorneys in this office are admitted to practice in all courts of the State of New York, State of Vermont, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court of Vermont. Our office is open Monday through Friday during the hours of 8 to 5.
