The firm is staffed by five attorneys. Avrum Rosen, the founding member of the firm is experienced in representing chapter 11 debtors, operating small to mid-size companies. He has successfully reorganized a number of businesses located on Long Island as well as New York City. In addition, he has represented chapter 7 trustees in numerous litigations. Defendants in various bankruptcy litigations have also utilized the firm's services.
